I've been writing a pattern book for several months but after reevaluating I've decided to release my original patterns one at a time instead. First up is my popular nighttime style. There are no photos accompanying it, it's just very detailed step-by-step instructions. It has a double thick wetzone which provides extra protection for heavy wetters using regular worsted weight wool. It washes & dries quickly & easily and allows lots of stretch for a great fit over any diapering system. You can knit your own high performance shorts or pants using inexpensive fishermans or merino wool. This pattern does not knit up well with heavier, aran or bulky weight yarn, it's just too much bulk to wrestle with.

This is an intermediate to advanced level pattern, I assume you've knit at least 1 soaker/shorts/pants and understand the basics of knit & purl. Short rows are optional and not necessary for this style. Pattern comes in 4 sizes, small to XL and fits up to the average size 2T child, rise & inseam are easily altered for custom sizing.

Required materials--worsted weight wool yarn, several stitch markers, 2 short stitch holders, 1 size 5 circular needle, 1 size 7 or 8 16" circular and a 7 or 8 12" circular (although you can work with a longer needle if you can't track down an elusive 12"), & a yarn needle.

I'm selling this pattern on the honor system. You may knit for personal & charity use. You may also knit items from it in your own home for sale, it is not intended for manufacturing, but for WAHM use. Please give credit somewhere in your listing to me for designing the pattern. I do NOT require purchase of a cottage industry license. I do ask that you do not copy, share or distribute my pattern instructions. I am able to stay home with my kids by knitting and designing and this pattern took many hours of writing and testing. I am not responsible for the finished product as sold by another WAHM using my pattern, every knitter has their own techniques & style.

**User comments** I just wanted to let you know how much I love the nighttime longies pattern. I made a pair for my 1 year old son and they work great. I made them a size up and then felted them because he is quite a heavy wetter. They perform really well and the square panel is barely noticeable after felting. The felting also makes any mistakes disappear which is good since I'm a novice knitter! So thanks for making such a great pattern and offering it at such a reasonable price! -Hollin
